Hi my name is Summer. My foster mom calls me "Summer Girl." I am a well adjusted, 5+ year old, spayed, loveable girl! I love other dogs, kids, & adults but I don't think I ever met a cat yet (what ever that is!. I'm 78-80 #'s last I checked, but I'm running & playing @ the farm almost daily to look "buff" for my new forever family. I am a very active girl who needs a family that is active & includes me in their activities. I have done well @ "doggy daycare" in the past but remember, I love to play with the other dogs, but I need to have play time with my humans too. I am a snuggler on the couch but can be on my own bed too. I am crate trained but can be out when your gone without any problems as long as your things are put up in their place & I have bones & toys to play with. I am staying with 4 other dogs right now & we have a blast! I even learned how to use the dog door in 1 day ...Pretty smart don't you think? I am a perfect lady @ the vet clinic & I am up to date on all my shots. My heartworm test was negative:)   I need to continue heartworm medication from my new family monthly & see the vet 1-2x/year unless I have some type of issue. My family took really, really good care of me & sent all my records for my new family to give to my new vet. Check out my pictures & see how pretty I am!!
