Meet Mya!! Mya is a very pretty, energetic Doberman-mix who is approximately three years old. This energetic girl is very eager to please and learns quickly. She loves to show off basic commands (sit, down, wait) as well as her tricks (sit up, roll over, agility games) for anyone with at treat. Mya tolerates nail trimming, grooming and playing dress-up :) Mya does get bored easily and needs an active owner with the time to exercise daily. Mya loves to play, and at times can play rough, so if she is not an only dog, she needs to be with dogs equal or larger to her size. Applications are considered on an individual basis, and fencing is preferable. All adoptive homes must be within a reasonable distance from a DRAW volunteer for home visits and follow up care. A home visit, reference check and vet check must be completed prior to adoption. Please note that we will not place rescue dogs in homes with young children.
